Refund policy

For returns please contact orders@kerasal.com to begin the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. Returned items must be in unopened and new condition in order to receive a refund. Once received at our distribution center we will inspect the condition of the items and refund the appropriate amount to the payment method that was utilized during checkout.

You will be notified once the refund has been processed.
