Caring for Your Feet on a Daily Basis -
The "Foot Time" Daily Regimen

Our feet should be attended to on a daily basis the same way we attend to our face and hands. Each day we wash, dry and moisturize our face and hands because it is necessary to keep them in good condition and looking their best. It is the same with foot care. Proper foot care is all about knowing "best foot care practices" and then following through with them each day. To keep your feet feeling and looking their best follow these simple steps every day, at least once a day.

1. Cleanse

Clean your feet thoroughly in warm, soapy water. Avoid water that is too hot which will strip the surface layer of natural skin oils, drying out skin cells.

2. Dry

Dry your feet completely – paying special attention to drying between your toes. The area between the toes is at risk to fungal infections unless kept clean and free from excess moisture.

3. Moisturize & Exfoliate

Keep your skin well hydrated and smooth of rough, thick hard skin. If the skin is not properly cared for, irregularities can result - such as callus build-up or excessively dry skin - which compromises the skin’s ability to function optimally to protect the body.
